Mawada is a licensed speech therapist. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from United Arab Emirates University. Certified in Oral Placement Therapy, RBT and earned a professional certificate in speech, language, and swallowing disorders. She joined a one-year training program at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City-AbuDhabi. She has performed diagnosis and treatment of adults and pediatric regarding voice and resonance, dysphagia, aphasia, apraxia, articulation, oral-motor functioning disorders, and neurocognitive disorders. Experience with individual and group therapy.
