Dr.Ahmed Essam is a Senior specialist in critical care medicine at Reem hospital and has more than 9 years of experience in all critical care subunits.He is a graduate of Ain Shams Faculty Of Medicine in Egypt.
Dr.Ahmed is experienced in diagnosing and managing crtically ill patients,including acute airway management,mechanical ventilation and weaning off mechanical ventilation,close monitoring and observations for critical ill patients to support their positive progress.
Prior to joining Reem Hospital,Dr.Ahmed worked in well known healthcare facilities in the UAE,GCC and Egypt,where he was responsible for admitting patients,performing all needed invasive and non invasive procedures and management of patients through multidisciplinary care team.
He ensures that he actively communicates with patients and patient’s families with adequate education on best practices and plan of care.
