Ms. Rita Dahdal is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with over seven years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Balamand, following her graduation with honors in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Psychosocial Studies.

Ms. Dahdal’s therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles, providing her clients with the opportunity to explore and understand their underlying emotions, thoughts, and relational patterns. She also integrates other evidence-based methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness practices into her sessions.
