You can request an account when you are at Reem Hospital. Our patient coordinators will be happy to register you at the same time. You will be receiving an email “invitation” to join the patient portal. The link in this email message will take you to your registration information. If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If you have difficulty finding your registration email invitation. Please call our call center on 800 7 444, 7 days a week from 9:00 to 21:00. They can confirm that your email address is in the registration database.

Private access can be set up for only one adult patient at each e-mail address. Each adult patient must provide a unique and private email address that’s different and does not match the other.
If you forgot your password or username, you can use the feature “forgot your username or password?” in Reem’s patient portal to retrieve your login details. You will be asked to provide the registered email address if you forgot your username to have a link sent directly to your inbox. If in the case of forgetting your password, you will be requested to enter your patient portal username.

Yes. The list of vaccinations you have taken at Reem Hospital will be displayed in the “Medications” tab.
At the moment we do not offer this service on the patient portal. You will need to contact our call center which will redirect your request to the HIM department. Kindly note, that the discharge summary will only be released after signing the Release Form.
Yes. Most of your test results can be downloaded and printed from the patient portal, from the “Share my Record” option.

Parents and legal guardians can call our call center on 800 7 444 and book an appointment with their respective physician to discuss their child’s medical situation. They can also contact the HIM office through our call center to obtain paper copies of medical reports (after providing proper identification and signing the release form).
